Luheng Law Firm boasts an outstanding talent pool, including 5 PhD holders and 14 Masters graduates, 29 professionals with intermediate and senior professional titles, and 19 lawyers appointed as arbitrators of the Liaocheng Arbitration Commission.

In 2022, two lawyers of the Firm were recognized as Shandong Outstanding Arbitrators.

Six lawyers have been awarded honors by the Ministry of Justice, the All-China Lawyers Association and the China Legal Aid Center. In 2019, the Firm won the championship in the first Moot Court Criminal Debate Competition held by the Liaocheng legal community.

In 2022, Shandong Lawyers Association launched its first Provincial Professional Lawyer Evaluation; five Luheng lawyers obtained eight provincial professional qualifications.

In the 2022 Provincial Outstanding Legal Achievements Selection, legal cases and documents by seven Luheng lawyers were rated as provincial excellent works.

In the 2023 Provincial Excellent Legal Paper Selection, papers by eight lawyers won first, second and third prizes respectively; the Firm was awarded the Excellent organization Award.

In 2024:

Papers by two lawyers won the second prize at the East China Lawyers Forum;

One lawyer’s paper won the third prize at the Annual Conference of the Animal Law Forum;

One lawyer won the second prize and another won the Excellent Award in the Academic Paper Selection hosted by the Criminal Law Research Society of Shandong Law Society.
