Yan Guangyu has been a lawyer in Liaocheng for 30 years (since October 1995), and is well-versed in complex and traditional litigation matters. She is at the forefront of legal services in Liaocheng, specializing in challenging areas such as medical disputes, labor management, intellectual property, non-litigation matters, contract management, and comprehensive enterprise risk management.

I have handled the first foreign-related lawyer's letter, lawyer's witness, and medical damage compensation dispute case in Liaocheng; handled more than 30 copyright and patent cases including Chiping black pottery, Liaocheng scenery photos, Sun Nan, Guan Mucun, and "Chibi"; served as the perennial legal advisor for 7 large municipal hospitals for more than 10 years; served as the legal advisor for **** foreign-funded enterprise CJ (Liaocheng) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. in Liaocheng; handled cases meticulously, resulting in the acquittal of defendants in three criminal cases after trial, and the exemption of defendants from death penalty in more than 30 cases of intentional homicide (including intentional injury resulting in death).

Liaocheng lawyers primarily specialize in criminal, civil, commercial, and administrative litigation. Yan Guangyu noticed that many lawyers lacked thorough and in-depth research in these areas. Consequently, Yan Guangyu organized lawyers to organize and study these primary areas. After two years of effort, they summarized operational norms and standards for these areas, ensuring that lawyer services are swift, accurate, standardized, and systematic. Additionally, they compiled and printed legal manuals covering common issues such as medical infringement disputes, road traffic accidents, labor and work-related injury disputes, marital and family disputes, and corporate contract risks.

III. Expanding Non-litigation Business

Yan Guangyu not only specializes in traditional litigation services but also delves into non-litigation legal matters, bringing significant benefits to clients in Liaocheng and enhancing the influence of Liaocheng lawyers. Currently, he is dedicated to corporate mergers and acquisitions, involving amounts exceeding 8 billion yuan. In 2000, he handled multiple foreign-related legal matters, securing substantial cross-border compensation for clients in our city. Notably, a German multinational corporation paid 4 million yuan in compensation, saving 600,000 yuan in arbitration fees, which was reported by the "Liaocheng Daily". Additionally, he provided a foreign-related lawyer's certificate to a European bank, assisting enterprises in our city's development zone in securing a 19 million yuan bank loan from Europe.

4. Proficient in comprehensive risk management of corporate legal risks, launching legal project product services, transforming lawyer services, and enhancing lawyer value

Through diligent research and external learning, Yan Guangyu has introduced products such as comprehensive legal risk management, labor law management, contract supervision, and trademark registration to enterprises. He takes the lead in overcoming difficulties to handle criminal defense cases. Over the past decade, he has handled hundreds of criminal cases, including the gun homicide case of Chen Shangge in Yanggu and the illegal operation of 25 million yuan in the "black stock market" in Liaocheng.

In 2007, when Yan Guangyu served as the director of a law firm, he leveraged his personal connections to jointly establish the Shandong Lawyers (Deheng) Alliance with 13 large law firms in the province, sharing resources and connections within the province and achieving fruitful results for the legal industry in Liaocheng.
