On May 30, 2018, the founding ceremony of the Liaocheng New Social Strata Association was grandly held. The meeting adopted the Constitution of Liaocheng New Social Strata Association, and elected 25 directors, 1 president, 4 vice presidents and 1 secretary-general.

Attorney Yan Guangyu from Shandong Luheng Law Firm was elected Vice President of the Association. Attorney Li Xinyan was elected a Director and appointed Deputy Group Leader of the Intermediary organization Practitioners Group.

Qin Cunhua, Member of the Standing Committee of Liaocheng Municipal Party Committee and Director of the United Front Work Department, delivered an important speech. He urged the Association to prioritize political consensus, strengthen political guidance, and firmly follow the Party’s leadership. He required the Association to strengthen the construction of its leading body, establish rules and systems at an early date, and give full play to its functions. All members should excel in their own posts, actively participate in political deliberation and administration, offer advice and suggestions to the Party and government, leverage intellectual advantages, and serve the overall economic and social development of Liaocheng.
